Kisii University Celebrates 15th Graduation — Over 5,000 Students Graduate
Kisii University marked a historic milestone this week as it held its 15th Graduation Ceremony. More than 5,000 students received their academic awards in a colourful event presided over by the University Council Chairperson, Dr. Sara J. Ruto, and Vice Chancellor Prof. Nathan Oyori Ogechi.
In his address, the Vice Chancellor lauded the graduates for their perseverance and dedication, noting that each graduate represents the university's commitment to producing competent, ethical, and community-focused graduates ready to contribute to Kenya's development agenda.
"Today is a celebration not just for our graduates, but for their families, their communities, and for Kisii University as an institution," said Prof. Ogechi. "We are sending into the world graduates who are equipped with knowledge, skills, and values to make a real difference."
